Hi Everyone, my workshops are back by popular demand and as we're moving into Summer we should be getting some nicer skies. Please join me to kick off the new season!
If you have a camera and you'd like to know how to actually use it and get it off the auto setting, come along. These workshops are for beginner to intermediate learners. Get some tips and ask some questions before you go off on holidays - get the most out of your camera by attending a few workshops.
Let's get together and shoot light trails as everyone leaves the city on Friday night. Light trails are an interesting and captivating long exposure technique - coupling good exposure of the city while controlling the highlights of hundreds of car headlights as they head out of Auckland on a Friday evening.
Gear: A wide or mid-range focal length lens. A graduated Neutral Density filter will be useful. A tripod is a must. If you're looking to buy a tripod, please make sure it is sturdy enough for Auckland's winds and that it is tall enough for you. The maximum extended height should be near enough at your eye-line. A warm jacket is also essential at this time of year. it can get breezy on the overpass.
Non-refundable UNLESS cancelled by organiser.
